My First Tag

I usually don't like getting tagged ( kind of remind me chain letter of fortune thing I got in Junior high), but This time, I was very excited to get tagged by Christine because it is related to Knitting.
My first tag..Sorry .. It's been about a week I got tagged..
Been Lazy~~
I been neglecting -- answering questions..

Yes..

I'm Bad tagger..

What is your all time favorite yarn to knit with?
First, I want to mention Least favorite yarn to knit with.
I believe.. Seriously.. I need to have more experience on yarns to choose favorite yarn. ( Is this another cry for rationalizing more yarn purchases??)
I hate any yarn that splits.. Most of yarns - in some degree splits little bit.. but there is some yarn - while you knitting.. you get 3 strands instead neatly spun one..

Probably My favorite yarn until now is any yarn from Blue Sky Alpaca..
Soft on hands & easy gliding beautiful color yarns
I have knitted with Organic Cotton, Alpaca, Dyed cotton yarn..
& I loved every single one of them..
my Only concern is.. cotton yarns starts peeling after one wash..
Afraid I will have big balls of peeled sweater after several washes..

Your Favorite Needles
I been knitting with Susan Bate's Cheap Plastic needles - 4 sizes in a bundle/5bucks deal one & slowly graduating from all these training needles..
Recently I got Denise interchangable.. & Love these needles..
Light, Not slippery, Managable loops
another of my favorite are My mom's old Japanese bamboo needles..
( sorry have no idea what brand it is)
It's all bent funky .. but love it because it has perfect grip.

The worst thing you've ever knit or crocheted?
I have so many..
But I don't have any pictures or evidence of worst thing every existing..
All those shamful creations are already frogged and wound neatly in balls or went to salvation army..

Most valuable knitting technique?
I'm such a easy person to impress -
always think any new technique is best thing ever....
My current obssesion is Magic Loop technique for small circumference knitting.. Magic Loop sounds wonderful already from it's name isn't it?
I learned this technique through wonderful Knitting help after my defeat on E-bay auction on these

Best knit book or magazine?
Vogue Knitting!!!
Great illustration, charts & explanation on each and every method..
When I have any problem, -- I always go back to this book.
Best investment I ever did..(Try to find same book on Amazon.. but I guess they have new edition)

Your favorite knit-a-long?
I only done one so far....
Rebecca Cardi along.. Very very enjoyable experience..

Your favorite knitblogs?
I'm subscribing about 60 and more great knitter's blog on bloglines.. and some of my favorite are right-handside for easy clicking..
Visit them!!
All of them are very inspiring..

Your favorite knitwear designer?
Teva Durham.. Her experimental spirit earns highest score from me.

The knit item you wear the most? (how about a picture of it!)
I take these 2 marsupial bag from Stitch & Bitch book everywhere..
My first good knitting creation - not to mention I spent most on yarns until that moment ( not anymore~~~)
Love these.. and whenever I take these for a walk, I get so much compliments!!

I wanted to tag others.. but I been too lazy tagging & everyone I know already been tagged..
aahhh..
may be you can read my favorites'..
Wonderful Whispering Pine and Sandra's

Sorry Christine!!!
